Ease your mind for a bit.

Hey! How are you doing today? You might be stressed or tired with all the work that you’ve done today. So tired, that you just want to be alone, lay down, or eat something and think for yourself for a while. I’ve been there, MOST OF THE TIME OF THE DAY. I’m always tired because of my work. I mean I’m tired and stressed but still thankful because at least I have something that pays me and provides me food and stuff.

I wish I can talk to you personally and ask you how you’ve been doing today. Like, really tell me what happened to you today. I want that. It’s another way to destress your mind with the things that are keeping you tired.

This time, I just want to remind you. BREATHE. Deep inhale and exhale. Try to clear your mind and relax even just for five minutes. Do the deep breathing for at least a minute. That really helps.

Now, try to look for a room or space in your house where you can be at peace. A quiet room. Maybe your bedroom or bathroom. Take a bath- even better. If you don’t have a quiet room, that’s okay. There’s another way to relax.

Connect an earphone to your phone or PC and listen to your favorite music. Sing and speak your heart out loud to declutter yourself.

Still not helping? Try to think of the negative things that happened to you then write it on your notepad on your phone or laptop/PC. This really works for me. I write all my thoughts out and I don’t care if it’s disorganized because that’s how I express myself. I want to release my negative thoughts and help myself relax

Do you have a partner? A pet or best friend? Talk to them for a while. Ask them how they’re doing as well. Then start sharing things. Connect with the person who’s close to you.

Treat yourself. Treating yourself doesn’t mean you have to spend too much for what you want. Most of you may think of stuff that you really want now but still can’t buy it since it’s expensive. I’m referring to those things that you normally do like buying iced coffee, your favorite bread, dessert, favorite meal, and buying something that will satisfy you for today.

Another thing that can relax you is just to be dazed and think of something that will relax you for a while. I’ve been doing this and didn’t know it helped me. I do this most of the time after eating.

The best thing to get relaxed is to get done what you need to do for today. It’s so satisfying thinking that you’ve done all your work and got productive. Yes, you’re stressed and tired but happy because you’re finally done with a task that you’ve been thinking about doing all day. That’s another level of satisfaction.

Too much work is not good for your physical and mental health. You should also think if you can still handle the tasks you’re doing. If you need help, don’t hesitate to ask for help. There are also people outside your work or business that offers help to lessen your stress.
